DELIVERY, RETURNS + EXCHANGES

How will I know when my order is on its way?

We’ll automatically send you an email when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.

When will my order arrive?

That depends on whether you selected ‘next-day’ or ‘standard’ delivery at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes about 3-4 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Simply open the link and you’ll be able to follow your order all the way into your arms.

How do I exchange an item?

Want to exchange? No worries. Here’s what to do:

For UK and EU:

  1. Make sure the item is unworn and in perfect condition, and don’t remove the tag!
  2. Let us know via email on info@extraaf.com which size you would like, with your order number in the subject.
  3. Place the item(s) you’re exchanging in its original packaging.
  4. Access your returns label on the Royal Mail website or by emailing our Customer Support on info@extraaf.com. Print off your returns label and attach it securely to the outside of your package.
  5. Thoroughly seal the package and take it to your local Post Office. You can find your nearest Post Office, and instructions on how to send the package, here.

You have 14 days to exchange the item, from the day it arrives with you to the day it’s back with us.

How do I return an item?

Need to return? No worries. Here’s what to do:

For UK and EU:

  1. Make sure the item is unworn and in perfect condition, and don’t remove the tag!
  2. Let us know via email on info@extraaf.com which size you would like, with your order number in the subject.
  3. Place the item(s) in its original packaging.

What are your UK delivery options?

There are two options for delivery within the UK. These are:

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Express delivery: 2-3 working days
What’s your delivery and returns policy for outside the UK and Northern Ireland?

International delivery typically takes up to:

  • 3–7 working days within Europe
  • 7–14 working days worldwide

To return an item from outside the UK, here’s what to do:

  1. Make sure the item is unworn and in perfect condition, and don’t remove the tag!
  2. Let us know via email on info@extraaf.com which size you would like, with your order number in the subject
  3. Stick the relevant returns label on the outside of your package
  4. Place the item(s) in its original packaging, together with the order form
  5. Thoroughly seal the package and take it to any Post Office to be sent

YOUR ORDER

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you won’t be able to change or cancel it. This is because our warehouse team acts fast to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible – so once your order is registered, your item(s) will be packed and on their way!. We’re looking at altering this to allow you to change or cancel within a few hours of purchase – TBC.

REFUNDS

When will I get a refund for returned orders?

It takes around 7 days for us to process your refund upon receiving your order. As soon as we’ve received your order in our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve got it.

Will you refund the delivery charge?

We don’t refund the delivery charge, because we want to continue to be able to offer you free returns on all items.

Can I have a gift voucher instead of a refund?

At the moment, we don’t issue gift vouchers – but it’s something we’re looking into, so keep your eyes peeled!
