In these tricky times, we’re doing everything we can to ensure that our customers, our people, our suppliers and our partners are safe. We’re paying careful attention to the UK government’s regulations and guidelines on social distancing, hygiene and beyond.

Here’s what’s happening in each area of the business.

Good news for you. Currently, there are no delays in our warehouse – so shipping your styles on time shouldn’t be a problem.

It looks like our shipping partners’  operations are running smoothly, too, which means both Standard and Express delivery are working as normal.

In the factory

The craftspeople and dressmakers we work with are stringent when it comes to health and safety. They’re taking extra measures to keep themselves, your products, and you safe.

For example, all staff wear face masks while working and use hand sanitiser throughout the day. Plus, the manufacturing equipment has been repositioned so that staff work 2 metres apart.

In the warehouse

Like our suppliers, our warehouse partners are taking extra measures – from allowing only essential staff on site to setting flexible hours and having hand sanitiser stations throughout the premises.

Those working are brave and efficient, and we’re incredibly thankful to them for helping ExtraAF through the pandemic – an unprecedented and challenging time for all businesses.

At home

The ExtraAF team is working from home as much as possible to keep themselves, and others, safe. Our team, consisting of CEO, Buying and Marketing, are holed up in their homes, working hard to source the finest fabrics and boldest designs – and let you know as soon as they’re available to buy.

We’ll be WFH until it is safe to do so at the earliest to avoid unnecessary exposure to the public, keeping everyone as safe as can be.

Please look after yourselves. If you have any questions for us, simply email us at
